A podcast with Ross Priebe, Critical Incident / Stress Management Cosultant at Fraser Health

Job changes, financial concerns, crime, illness, uncertainty…there are many causes of stress in our lives. Some of them are beyond our control. What IS within our control; however, is our ability to invest in the areas of our life that matter the most.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, get help. Talk to your family doctor. Find out if your employer has an Employee and Family Assistance program, which can help you access help such as career planning, financial counselling, or help with relationships.

The Fraser Health Crisis Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 604.951.8855 or toll-free 1.877.820.7444. The crisis line isn’t only for people in crisis; it is also for those who have concerns for a loved one.
